Eyebrow Lift surgery overview

The eyebrow descends downwards with age and gives the eyes a tired and unhappy look. They also result in heaviness of the upper eye lid. The outer part of the eyebrow hangs down more than the inner part. Along with the descent in the eyebrow position the lax skin as well as forehead muscle activity causes horizontal wrinkle lines. Over activity of the 'corrugator' eyebrow muscles result in Glabellar vertical wrinkles in between the eyebrows.  For in depth understanding of all the changes that happen in an aging face head over to the aesthetics page on Face.
